New Location, Same Great Camp
Day Camp Kici Yapi has found a new home in Lakeville and taken a new name — Day Camp Gathering Pines!
At Day Camp Gathering Pines, kids learn new skills and build self-esteem while practicing the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and equity. Kici Yapi is also well known for our outstanding Horse Camp, with over 50 horses and year-round riding.
And just like all YMCA of the North adventure centers, we strive to build upon the Y's core values as part of our Camp Culture and Community Commitment.
Summer Camp
Summer day camp experiences feature age-appropriate 'traditional' activities – including archery, swimming, paddling, outdoor education, arts and crafts, fishing, and much more. In addition, our location offers a unique variety of 'specialty' activities (listed below) for participants to spend more time on, including more Traditional camp programming.
