Camp Superkids is a week-long, overnight summer camp for kids ages 7-14 with asthma. Campers enjoy the fun of an outdoor summer camp in a medically-safe environment. Additionally, campers aged 15-16 can participate in the Junior Leader’s program designed to learn and develop leadership development skills while at camp.

  • Who Can Attend – Any young person, age 7-14 (traditional camp) and age 15-16 (junior leaders), who has moderate or severe asthma,
  • Cost – The cost of Camp Superkids is $825/camper. Some campers, ages 7-16, may be covered by their Health Insurance Providers. If not, we encourage you to utilize the YMCA's scholarship opportunities. See 'Registration Information' below for details.
  • Staff – Our highly trained, skilled, and energetic Camp Ihduhapi staff work alongside doctors, nurses, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, and nurse practitioners to provide a week full of fun traditional camp activities, asthma education, and medical support.
