This new small-group training series is based on a long- term Columbia University study that confirmed a sequence of 12 specific yoga poses as effective for the maintenance or increase of bone density.

In these sessions, you'll learn the poses and supporting stretches to achieve the maximum benefits from this yoga practice.

This class takes place standing and laying on the floor. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
