Beginning October 27, construction on Wheeler Street will affect traffic access to the Midway YMCA and Early Childhood Learning Center.

October 27 through Monday, November 3 - Members: The YMCA parking lot remains accessible from the south via Wheeler Street from University Avenue. ECLC Families: Please continue to use Thomas Avenue to access the ECLC parking lot from the north.

Monday, November 3 and Tuesday, November 4 - Wheeler Street will be reduced to a single lane in front of the construction site. For safety, the sidewalk, adjacent street parking, and drive lane will be closed. Traffic will need to take turns when passing in front of the site, so please allow extra time and use caution.

Wednesday, November 5 until Monday, November 10 - Wheeler Street will be fully open during this time. Both the YMCA and ECLC parking lots will be accessible as usual.

Monday, November 10 through Monday, November 17 - Wheeler Street will be fully closed just south of the YMCA Driveway. Both YMCA members and ECLC families will need to access Wheeler Street from the north via Thomas Avenue. Members: The driveway to the YMCA will be reduced to a single lane. Please take turns and use caution when entering and exiting.
