Soaring Solo in the North Woods
Whether by choice or unanticipated, navigating alone without a significant other can bring on a roller coaster of emotions - sadness, loneliness, fear as well as new found confidence and curiosity. Join other women for a few days unplugged to explore new perspectives and strategies to thrive solo. We will delve into unique opportunities and challenges of single women, focusing first on values and goals along your life path of self-care. Creative pursuits to love, learn, work and play will be explored through discussions, sharing of stories, resources and a guest panel. Of course "retreat" also means ample play in the great outdoors, quiet time by the fireplace, enjoying dining with your retreat partners and time for reflection and relaxation. You are sure to depart from this time away soaring!
