Are you looking for motivation and accountability to achieve your wellbeing goals? Consider registering for Wellness 180, which is a series of 60-minute small group weekly classes. Learn both in-classroom nutrition tips (30 min) & workout strategies in the fitness center (30 min) with a Certified Personal Trainer for better, faster results.

Classes begin at select YMCA locations the week of February 27 with 4-8 participants per class. Registration will be live beginning 2/8.
