A Typical Class
Lead by a certified instructor, class is taken through movements and exercises performed using kettlebell weights and a TRX suspension trainer. A ‘kettlebell’ is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. You’ll learn torso-powered movements that work the abs, back and arms.
