Announcing Health and Wellbeing Coaching Groups 

You will receive: 

  • The guidance of a Board-Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach
  • Informative, in-depth discussions of topics relevant to your wellness journey 
  • Tools and experiences to build wellbeing in mind, body and spirit 
  • Accountability and support from your small group

Start with a 20 minute one-on-one coaching session to clarify your goals and get ready to launch your journey. 

Attend six 60 minute bi-weekly virtual meetings over 12 weeks – time to learn, experiment with new habits, get feedback, and discover what works for you.

Immunity Boosters

  • 9 am alternate Tuesdays, starting Feb 2
  • 9 am alternate Tuesdays, starting March 2

All of our daily choices – for eating, sleeping, moving, being with others – impact our immune response. Explore these connections and implement strategies to reduce chronic inflammation and support your immune system.  

Healthy Metabolism, Healthy Weight 

  • 6 pm alternate Thursdays, starting Feb 4
  • 6 pm alternate Thursdays, starting March 4

Discuss the many factors that impact our metabolism and our weight, including stress, eating habits, and daily routines. Make simple, realistic changes to promote a healthy metabolism, sustain a healthy weight, and reduce the risk of chronic illness.  

Mobility and Pain Management 

Facilitated by Robin Hedrick

  • 9 am alternate Tuesdays starting Feb 9
  • 9 am alternate Tuesdays starting March 9

Immobility and inflammatory conditions impact your quality of life. Learn why and how simple daily practices reduce pain and increase freedom. Make changes you can stick to over time to manage your condition.  

Building Emotional Wellbeing 

  • 6 pm alternate Thursdays, starting Feb 11
  • 6 pm alternate Thursdays, starting March 11

In our stressful times, make the choice to build resilience. Learn tools and strategies for wellbeing in mind, body and spirit.  Make space for joyful practices that fill your cup so you feel emotionally well.
