Erin started practicing the art of mindfulness as a way of coping with symptoms of depression, anxiety and codependency. The more peace she found in her practice, the more she realized she wanted to help others create their own journey of self-discovery and growth.
She believes in the power of meditation as a means to access the body’s natural healing responses. She knows firsthand that when we learn to unplug from the toxic stress that fuels much of our world, we get to create a “new normal” for ourselves that inspires joy, meaning and purpose.
