Paul has been teaching mindfulness meditation since 2011. He is qualified to teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and is passionate about the benefits of integrating mindfulness in daily life. His clients have included cancer patients, veterans, people with chronic pain as well as anxiety and depression, and those who want to be more present for their lives. He also has done mindfulness trainings in group corporate settings and one-on-one sessions. 

He has been on retreats with Thich Nhat Hanh, Jon Kabat Zinn, and attended silent retreats at the Shambala Mountain Center and the Omega Institute.
