Transforming Workplace Culture
The Transforming Workplace Culture series develops leaders to recognize the impact of workplace culture and the steps to create a thriving culture for all. This series will take place over Zoom and a participation link will be emailed to registered participants prior to the first session.
Series Course:
Topics will include Transforming Workplace Culture, The Equity Progression Curve, Shifting Mental Models, Creating Belonging Culture, and How to Create a Roadmap for Transforming Workplace Culture
Who Should Attend:
Leaders who are pivoting their organizations to spring forward in their respective industries as well as gathering the most current data on new products or services. Corporations, educational institutions, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations will learn the essential components for creating new realities where all can truly thrive.
