Becka Broste

As a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Becka Broste helps you connect more deeply with yourself to develop a mindful awareness about your values, beliefs, and daily habits—and how they influence your vison for greater health and wellbeing.  Throughout your coaching relationship, Becka partners with you to turn this awareness into action, providing you the opportunity to pause on “real life” to check in, get curious, consider options, and then make a plan to achieve your goals. She knows that health and wellbeing are multi-faceted and deeply personal, offering empowering support and guidance without judgement as you navigate the changes you desire for your life.

In her early twenties, Becka found herself overwhelmed with stress and chronically sick with debilitating migraine attacks. Through her own journey to wellness, Becka has discovered the healing power of nourishing food and movement, as well as the importance of balance, mindfulness, and self-compassion.  Becka began coaching to help others “connect the dots,” empowering them to take charge of their health and wellbeing one small step at a time.

When she’s not coaching, Becka enjoys time with family and friends, nature walks, reading, writing, gardening, meditation, and yoga.

Through a holistic and mindful approach, she partners with you to co-create a self-motivating and individualized plan of action. Whether your goals involve improving nutrition, managing stress, cultivating mindfulness, nurturing greater self-care, or designing a new fitness routine, she will encourage, support, and hold you accountable in making positive, sustainable change—empowering you to live your best life!

Beginning her career as a personal trainer in the fitness space, Anna’s passion for health and wellbeing coaching was sparked by the desire to dive deeper and explore other areas of wellbeing. This led to her becoming an NBC-HWC and subsequently coaching in various settings where all areas of health are examined: mind, body, spirit, community, and environment. With an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and many years of health coaching that includes weight loss, behavior change, mindfulness, acute and chronic pain management, and nutrition, Anna has honed a method rooted in strong, trusting partnerships, self-discovery, empowerment, and actionable goal setting.

Tim Klein

As a national board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), Tim helps you become your healthiest, happiest self while navigating the often-hectic demands of both work and home. Partnering with you to create and embrace your self-determined vision for greater wellbeing, he facilitates a transformative approach that is collaborative, evidence-based, and judgment-free. Honoring you as your own life expert, he also nurtures discovery and deeper understanding of the lifestyle choices that ultimately work best for you. Whether you are trying to ease stress, eat healthier, exercise more, improve sleep, boost energy, reduce chronic inflammation, better manage pain, or restore overall life balance, Tim will support you as a holistic “guide on the side” along your path toward meaningful, sustainable change!

In his primary role as Director of Health and Wellbeing Coaching for YMCA of the North, Tim is responsible for the daily operational management of the health and wellbeing coaching program, as well as its high-performing coaching team. He also leads the development of its digital and in-person service offerings to best meet the growing needs of participants, Y members, and the community.

As a former “workaholic” corporate marketing executive, Tim realized first-hand how an increasingly out-of-balance lifestyle can contribute to growing fatigue, productivity issues, and even health challenges. During his own wellness journey, he gratefully discovered how—when given the chance—our bodies hold tremendous capacity to rejuvenate, heal, and thrive. Out of this healing experience, his growing interest in holistic health morphed into a passion and ongoing quest for additional knowledge and experience in service to others. Tim began coaching because he wanted to help empower and energize individuals through self-directed goals, values-aligned motivation, and lasting change to restore greater life balance and transform personal wellbeing.

During his free time, Tim enjoys connecting with family and friends, being outdoors with nature, hitting the gym, watching movies and sporting events, volunteering, listening to music, reading, and journaling.

Sarina Lamarche

Sarina is a national board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) and skilled at listening for “the story under the story” to help you achieve meaningful, lasting change. She will partner with you to discover what truly matters most in your life—whether it’s to better manage stress, eat healthier, cultivate stronger relationships, or some other wellbeing priority(ies). Clients describe Sarina as empathetic, accessible, and highly authentic. Creative in her approach, she also is direct and efficient while incorporating fun and a sense of humor within the coaching process.

Almost two decades ago, Sarina found herself burned out within the field of traditional mental health. Feeling life was a bit out of control, she realized something needed to change. She also knew she wanted to tap into something more creative and forward focused, while working with people at a more holistic level. After some initial research, she stumbled across health coaching and its evidence-based approach to supporting whole-person wellbeing. It immediately seemed a natural transition for Sarina, and she hasn’t looked back since!

When not coaching, Sarina listens to music, spends time in nature, or enjoys adventures with her two teenage boys.

Casey smiling and wearing a blazer and glasses

Casey McGuire

Combining her graduate studies in Integrative Therapies and Healing Practices with being a national board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), Casey offers you a compassionate, supportive space to explore health and wellbeing through a holistic lens.  She sees the coaching experience as a place for you to step away from texts, newsfeeds, and demanding schedules to listen to the messages your body, mind, and heart have been sending. She’ll walk beside you as you identify the health goals most important to you, whether it be enhancing immunity or quality of sleep, increasing movement in your day, boosting nutrition, building community, and/or strengthening your sense of purpose.  She’ll also partner with you to uncover any barriers to those goals and co-create a doable—and even fun—plan to move past them and toward lasting, values-aligned change.

Since her early 20s when she was introduced to yoga practice and its philosophy, health and healing has been Casey’s passion. Through this introduction, she learned that how we move and what we eat significantly influence the way we feel both emotionally and physically—while also impacting our planet. Integrative therapies have been at the heart of Casey’s self-care, especially in her healing journey from autoimmune disease and chronic Lyme infections. She designed her own undergraduate major in holistic health and healing, and ultimately brought her passion full-circle by going back to graduate school in her 50s to become an integrative health and wellbeing coach.

Casey’s favorite things include family and friend time, yoga and meditation, reading biographies and mysteries, music, walks in nature, and cookies.

Karen Moore

Karen is a national board-certified health coach (NBC-HWC) who believes everyone’s wellness journey is specific to them and ever-evolving. Perhaps you’ve been there, tried that, and now just need some extra support. Or you’re someone who is proactively thinking about your overall wellness for the first time and finding change to be overwhelming—with no idea where to begin. Whatever your situation, Karen partners with you on an empowering and supportive journey of exploration, discovery, and movement toward your personal vision for greater health and wellbeing.

Karen’s path to coaching followed a big-life change within her family, a chance conversation that progressed to a meeting about “possibilities,” and the subsequent pursuit of her Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach certification. This series of events led her to the Pathways to Wellness Program at the YMCA of the Inland Northwest and her work as a lifestyle coach. Supporting individuals entering this program, including many who had or were at risk of chronic disease, she grew to understand that everyone has a story comprised of a thousand little moments. From this purposeful and inspiring experience, Karen hopes to meet and support others exactly where they are in their own health and wellbeing story.

Karen spends as much time as she can outdoors in her yard, exploring, walking, hiking, and biking, as well as enjoying time with her daughters and their families.
