Mike is a longtime group fitness instructor who enjoys customizing mindfulness practices for groups and individuals. He uses the tools of the yoga tradition to reduce stress, increase willpower, and reveal your path to true happiness.

Individualized work begins with a personal assessment, and your session might include physical postures to reduce stress; breathwork to connect to the present moment; and meditation and deep rest practices to improve mindfulness and concentration. He believes that you should finish every session feeling content and empowered.

Mike is also a graphic designer and lifelong comics enthusiast.
