Robin is a national board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) and passionate about partnering alongside you through your personal wellness journey.  Using a compassionate, relationship-based approach, she listens with warmth and empathy while honoring that everyone begins at a different place. She also applies a holistic approach that incorporates mind, body, and spirit, including yoga, meditation, nutrition, stress management techniques, and movement. Whether you want to improve your health and wellbeing or explore how to be the best version of yourself, Robin will support you in developing your vision, setting manageable and vision-aligned goals for sustainable change, and facilitating motivation and accountability.

As a health and wellness professional for over 30 years, Robin enjoys empowering others to recognize and tap into their own strengths and growth experiences. Her journey into integrative health and wellbeing began after realizing conventional medicine alone was not enough to manage a lifelong autoimmune condition. After finding healing through a more holistic lifestyle approach that included nutrition, stress management, mindfulness, and physical activity, she subsequently decided to enroll in the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy program to further grow her knowledge and become a certified health and wellbeing coach. Robin has extensive knowledge and experience with healing the gut, addressing inflammation, and specifically using a holistic lifestyle-change approach to support individuals challenged with autoimmune conditions.

In her primary role, Robin serves as the Senior Director of Integrative Health and Wellbeing Partnerships. She is responsible for advancing the Y’s Integrative Health and Wellbeing services and programs delivered through corporate partnerships and community grants to promote whole-person wellbeing and reduce social determinants of health within our communities and workplaces.

As a recent “empty nester,” Robin enjoys traveling, spending time in nature walking her dogs, hiking, biking, boating, gardening, yoga, Pilates Reformer, cooking, and daily meditation.
