Your favorite YMCA of the North instructors are joining Y trainers across the country — giving you more classes, more content, and more ways to stay active wherever you are.

YMCA 360 expands how members can access virtual content, livestreams, and on-demand programming, all in one convenient place.

This move brings together more content, more instructors, and more ways to stay connected to the YMCA community. All your Virtual Y favorites, plus even more to explore with YMCA 360.

What You Need to Know

April 14 YMCA 360 Launches

Virtual Y content transitions to YMCA 360. Members will receive an email that morning with instructions to download the YMCA 360 app and log in using their YMCA of the North community account email and ZIP/postal code. After selecting your "Virtual Studio", a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email to complete login.

April 21 Virtual Y Retires

The Virtual Y app retires at 11:59 p.m. CT. Favorites and bookmarks will not transfer, so members should note what they want to re-add in YMCA 360 before this date.

What is the YMCA 360 App? add remove

YMCA 360 brings the people, places, and programs of the YMCA to life digitally. Members of partner Ys have access to 1,500+ on-demand instructional videos and livestream programs, so you can enjoy the YMCA experience wherever you are.

Yes. Starting April 21, 2026, the Virtual Y app will retire. Livestreams will be immediately available in YMCA 360, while the Virtual Y on-demand library will be uploaded over time.

Starting April 14, 2026, search “YMCA 360” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the app.

  1. After selecting the “Log In” button enter the mail address that is attached to your YMCA membership. 
  2. Enter your zip code 
  3. Select the “Virtual Studio” option 
  4. Retrieve the 6-digit code that was sent from support@ymca360.org to your email and enter. 

No. Favorites and bookmarks from Virtual Y must be re-added in YMCA 360.

YMCA 360 is included with your membership at no additional cost. Standalone Virtual Membership is $9.99/month.
