Early Childhood Learning Center
A nurturing environment where children learn, grow, and build confidence through play-based experiences and caring relationships.

Before & After School Care
Expert care and engaging activities that complement the school day and help students thrive before and after school. Enrollment for the 2026–27 school year is now open.
For children in Kindergarten through 5th grade.
School Release Days
When school is out, the Y is in. School Release Days provide fun, active, and enriching experiences during district breaks and holidays. Registration Opens August 5.

Programs & Enrollment
The Peter J. King Family Foundation Center is scheduled to open in September 2026 for the start of the 2026–27 school year, with expanded Early Childhood Learning and School Age Care programs available for families.
Midway Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) and Summer Power (summer care) programs will continue operating at the Midway YMCA while construction on the new center is completed.
Midway School Age Care (before- and after-school care and school release days) for the 2026–27 school year will take place in the new facility.
Families will be able to begin touring the new center in August 2026. Additional information about tours and open houses will be shared soon.
We expect higher traffic flow during childcare drop-off and pick-up times.
Drop-off and pick-up for School Age Care and Summer Power participants will occur along Wheeler Street.
We are grateful for everyone's patience and partnership in helping keep our drop-off and pick-up areas safe.
Midway YMCA Member Information
There will be no changes to current pool schedules, gym schedules, group exercise schedules, fitness center access, or eGym utilization.
If any changes become necessary, updates will be posted within the branch, on the Midway YMCA website, and in the Midway YMCA Facebook group.
We love a busy Y; however, we understand some members prefer to visit during quieter hours. If your schedule allows, the most convenient parking and quietest fitness center hours are typically Monday–Friday from 5–8 a.m., 12:30–4 p.m., or 7–9 p.m.; after 12 p.m. on Saturdays; or any time on Sundays.
With construction nearing completion, we expect minimal parking disruption.
The Midway YMCA parking lot will continue to be reserved for YMCA members and guests. Alternative parking is available after 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
