CHILD CARE WHILE YOU WORK OUT

Family and One Adult Family Memberships include free Kids Stuff child watch while you use the Y. Kids ages 6 weeks to 10 years can participate in age-appropriate activities in a supervised environment while you work out, take a class, swim, or use other YMCA facilities.

How it works

  1. Find your YMCA and check that it offers Kids Stuff.

  2. Check Kids Stuff hours on your YMCA's Kid & Teen Activities page before your visit.

  3. Bring your child to Kids Stuff and sign them in with YMCA staff.

  4. Enjoy your workout while your child participates in supervised activities.
