Tame the Trails Work Weekend

Looking for a way to give back to your favorite camp? Consider volunteering for one of our work weekends!  Campers of all ages will be assigned work projects throughout the weekend. Cabins will be assigned to families after registration. Space is limited. Please see the sample schedule below to see if work weekends are right for your family. The small fee for the weekend helps to cover the cost of food in our dining hall.

Northern Lights has a network of trails crisscrossing property (including about three miles of new mountain biking trails!) that are utilized year-round. In the spring, as snow melts and the plants start growing again, we need help from volunteers like you to maintain the pathways for hiking, biking, and skiing. We'll bring the saws, rakes, and shears… You bring the long sleeves, close-toed shoes, and muscle! Relax after a hard day's work with a woodfire sauna and optional cold-water dip!
