Homeschool: Orienteering

Bring the whole family to explore the outdoors, connect with other families and try something new. Our programs are designed to fit your needs as a homeschool household.

Explore YMCA Gathering Pines during a day of orienteering and adventure. This homeschool session will allow students to learn wilderness navigation using a compass. After a lesson on compass use, students will use critical thinking skills to complete a navigation course exploring camp.

Registration deadline is one week prior to the program date. Space is limited. Walk-ins may be refused.
