Pizza Night and Farmer’s Market

Come to Camp St. Croix and enjoy a night on the Farm!

This event will take place at our North Entrance, (DayCroix, Farm Entrance, 345 Riverview Drive)

Join us for Build Your Own Pizza on the Farm! Bring your own picnic utensils and prepare to eat a wood-fired pizza right on the farm with your family and friends.

This is an interactive pizza night—if you have been to pizza on a farm before, this might be different than you are expecting. You will purchase your pizza ingredients from our farm stand, and then you'll go to the barn and assemble the pizza yourself (putting those ingredients exactly where they should go (or potentially…not go…) before bringing it to the wood fired oven where our Farm Staff will cook it for you! Through this interactive experience, you will taste our very own sauce that was made on site with fresh tomatoes from our farm, choose from vegetables that are in season and grown here too, and treat yourself to local cheese and meat. You’ll notice that the flavor of these local ingredients is truly outstanding. Prepare for this experience to take time, especially the baking, so enjoy our gardens, take a wagon ride around camp, look at the animals, or explore the rest of camp!

Prices:

12” Cheese Pizza: $15
Red sauce from our farm, cheese from UWRF! Wood-fired crust. (All pizzas are 12”)

• Any additional Farm Fresh Vegetable topping: $2
• Any additional Meat topping: $4
