Drop-Off Procedures for Day Camp

Families who are dropping their camper off directly at camp and are not choosing a bus- please plan to arrive at camp between 9:00-9:15am and pick up from 3:45-4:00pm. The address of camp is 345 Riverview Drive, Hudson, WI. It is our North Entrance.

Please park your vehicle and walk your camper to the picnic tables for drop off. Campers will be brought to you at the same picnic table for pick up. A photo ID MUST be presented at pick up.

NOTE: For families that must pick up early, call or text the camp cell phone at 612-461-9694. A staff will reply to confirm during the camp day. Due to group schedules, early pick up families will need to arrive either before 2:45pm or wait until the normal pick-up time of after 3:45pm. Please plan 5-10 minutes for transport of campers.

If you have questions or concerns about camp or want to see where your child will spend their time (especially if they will ride a bus during their first week of camp), we encourage your family to visit camp at one of these events:

• Open House on Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 6 -7:30 p.m. to explore camp!
• Family Nights which happens every other Thursday (between June 18 and August 27) from 6 - 8 p.m.
• Pizza Nights: June 11, June 25, July 9, July 23, August 6, August 20

Daily drop-off is meant to go rather quickly, including day one - taking time to visit, talk to staff, and sort out any questions or concerns before your camper’s first day is extremely helpful in reducing confusion with buses and staff, and controlling check in lines on our first day of camp. If your camper starts later, feel free to attend any of our Family Nights beforehand! Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Bus transportation is available for FREE. Please check the appropriate space on the registration form to sign up for bus transportation.
