Since we began as CycleHealth in 2013, our goal has always been simple …

Empower kids to be more active outdoors!

And with the strength of the Y behind us since 2017, we have realized tremendous growth in participation while bringing fun innovations to the world of outdoor adventure.

Today, Y Adventure Lab offers original outdoor experiences year-round, including the self-guided Unlock It! scavenger hunt experience and our seasonal events: Kidarod, ForEverest, BreakAway, and Resilinator.

Experience Leaders
If we can get kids to know that they’ve done this hard thing, then the next hard thing they’ll be more likely to try, or to know that they can do it. That’s why we do this.
