  • Camp is held rain or shine—it is important to dress for the weather. On extremely hot days, we might modify certain activities.
  • What to Bring

    • Non-perishable lunch and two healthy snacks
    • Rain jacket and/ or sweatshirt
    • Insect repellent
    • Sunscreen
    • Water bottle
    • Wear tennis shoes that can get dirty
    • Pack everything in a labeled backpack

Family Nights

Our planned Family Nights for 2023:

  • Friday, June 16
  • Friday, July 21
  • Friday, August 18

Time: 5:00-7:00pm.

We bring families together to have fun. That’s what Family Night is all about – an opportunity to enjoy camp fun with the whole family. It’s a time where your camper can show you the exciting things they’ve experienced at day camp. Meet the counselors and tour the camp. You’ll see the crafts your camper has been busy making and sing the songs your camper has been singing all week long. It’s great family fun!

No registration needed, just show up and have fun!

Family Nights give your entire family a chance to experience Day Camp first-hand. Your camper can show off camp and you get to:

  • Meet your child’s counselor
  • Spend time with your family on a relaxing summer night
  • Participate in camp activities like archery, arts & crafts, camp bingo, songs and games

  • If your plans change prior to camp, we are available to assist you. Change and cancellation requests are processed in order received and subject to availability. Request must be in writing and can be submitted online
    • Requests to change camp session, before and after care selection or bus stop selection that are received by the Monday one week prior to the session start date will be made and assessed a $10 change fee. 
      • If changing the camp program or date, your camp cost will reflect current pricing.
      • Requests must be received by Monday, one week prior to the session’s start date. 
    • Cancellations received by Monday one week prior to the session start date will be refunded however, your deposit is non-refundable. 
      • All cancellations received after the Monday one week prior to the session start date are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
      • If cancellation is due to a camper's illness or medical reasons, or other uncontrollable circumstances, your camp fees may be refunded when cancellation is accompanied by a doctor's record/official statement.
