Family Campus

Where Family Adventure meets Distance Learning, an Island Away!

Come adventure with us- and bring your whole family! There is no better way to spend a long weekend or mid-week getaway than at Camp.

Icaghowan Campers, grab your parents and show them everything you love about Camp. This is your chance to be the "counselor" of your family and help guide their adventure on Icaghowan’s magical island.

Never been to Camp before? Now is the time to try it out and see what everyone's been talking about!

Check in at 3:00pm on day one and check out by 1:00pm on your closing day.

How will the program work?

Each family will have their own cabin/housing at Camp, along with a designated fire-pit/cooking area. Information will be provided at check-in and the Welcome Orientation.

Some of our activities will be open as a self-serve option and will include canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, target sports, arts & crafts, treehouse adventures, sky chair relaxing and A-field games!

In addition to your camp time, we will provide spaces and internet (outdoor and indoor) for working and distance learning. In the morning our staff will be assisting school age children with their distance learning. In the afternoon, kids can opt-in to participate in enrichment programs such as environmental education, outdoor recreation and wilderness skill-building.

Add on our grab and go meal package and you only have to pack breakfast. Lunch and dinner will be made in our dining hall with easy access to pick up to eat back at your cabin.

Ensuring a Safe and Healthy Environment at Camp

Ensuring a safe summer will require a partnership among all of us. Our top priority is to keep our campers, families, and staff safe. In light of our current reality, we have elevated our medical protocols and practices using recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), American Camp Association (ACA), MN/WI Departments of Health, and with guidance from our Camp Nursing Staff and overseeing Physician.

All family members will be required to bring their Pre-Camp 2020 Health Screening with them to Camp. As always, We will continue to monitor guidance from the CDC and the State of Wisconsin. We recognize that COVID-19 guidelines will change as the landscape changes, and will adapt our programming and protocols accordingly.

Enjoy Some Much Needed Time in Nature

In the hustle and bustle of busy lives, it can be a challenge to find quality time to spend as a family. Whether by schedules or screens, we are often distracted from the people we love the most.

Our camps bring together families of any shape and size, strengthening relationships and creating unforgettable memories that you’ll share for a lifetime.
