2023 Ihduhapi Pride Session: August 13-18 (6 days)

Although Camp Ihduhapi strives to be a safe space for all kids to be themselves every week, Ihduhapi Pride week is a celebration of our differences and individual identities in the camp Ihduhapi community! This 6-day traditional camp program is open to transgender and non-binary/gender-nonconforming youth as well as youth who love and support all gender identities. Campers will build confidence in themselves and their abilities through traditional camp activities, optional affinity groups, and a supportive and welcoming staff.

Cost: $825

Who can attend: Ihduhapi Pride Camp is a traditional camp experience for campers of all gender identities, entering grades 3-12 in the fall. During this week the program is structured to provide more intentional support for campers so that everyone can fully immerse themselves, as themselves, in the traditional camp experience.

Accommodations: Campers will be placed in cabins by age, and gender-identity according to where they feel most comfortable. There will be single-gendered male/female cabins as well as non-gendered cabins. Camp will contact families to confirm cabin preferences.

Staff: Ihduhapi team members are caring and supportive adults who receive training in youth development and outdoor education. Although staff are not medical professionals or therapists, our expertise is in creating safe, fun, memorable camp experiences for youth.
