Summer camp is magic. It has the power to transform even the shyest camper into a confident leader. It turns strangers into instant friends. It changes barriers into successes.
Through outdoor adventures like canoeing, archery and horseback riding, youth gain confidence as they build lifelong skills. By living with other campers, they learn to work together and demonstrate the social emotional values of caring, honesty, equity, respect and responsibility.
At Y camps, our staff members are enthusiastic and well trained. They guide campers of all backgrounds and abilities through programming that allows them to experience the natural world and an array of creative and challenging activities in a safe, unhurried, child-centered environment.
Camp St. Croix offers programming for kids ages 4 to 17.
At overnight camp, campers form lifelong friendships, a sense of self and community, an appreciation of nature and new skills through challenging and fun activities.
