In the event that your plans change prior to camp we are available to assist you. Change and cancellation requests are processed in order received and subject to availability. Request must be in writing and can be submitted online.
Change Requests
- Requests to change camp session, before and after care selection or bus stop selection that are received by the Monday one week prior to the session start date will be made and assessed a $10 change fee.
- If changing camp program or date, your camp cost will reflect current pricing.
- Requests must be received by the Monday one week prior to the session start date.
Cancellation Requests
- Cancellations received by the Monday one week prior to the session start date will be refunded however, your deposit is non-refundable.
- All cancellations received after the Monday one week prior to the session start date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If cancellation is due to a camper's illness or medical reasons, or other uncontrollable circumstances, your camp fees may be refunded when cancellation is accompanied by a doctor's record/official statement.
