All first-time participants will be asked to fill out some paperwork. First-time participants must register for a 60-minute session.

How It Works
First Session
We encourage first-time visitors to start with a 60-minute First Session. This gives you time to ask questions and review your self-care practices, diagnoses, supplements, and desired outcomes.
Follow-Up Sessions
Following your First Session, follow-up appointments are available in 30, 60, and 90-minute increments.
Preparing for Your Sessions
Before coming to a session, eat a little so you do not arrive hungry. Plan to undress to your comfort for an individual session and be covered by a sheet and blanket (similar to a massage).
Types of TCM
The following types of Traditional Chinese Medicine are available:
- Acupuncture – Acupuncture is a component of TCM in which thin needles are inserted into the body's meridians.
- Acupressure – Acupressure complements acupuncture, where physical pressure is applied to the body's meridians instead of needles.
- Tui Na – Tui Na practitioners brush, knead, roll, press, and rub the body to move energy through the body's meridians and muscles.
- Cupping – Cupping uses heated cups to create suction on the skin's surface for pain relief and relaxation.
- Gua Sha – Gua sha applies pressure to the skin using a smooth-edge tool to relieve blood stasis and stimulate new blood flow.
