Physical Restoration
Are you feeling tense or sore? Do you want to move with more ease and manage everyday stress? Massage therapy at the Y can be a powerful addition to your whole-person wellbeing journey. Our licensed massage therapists use specialized techniques that target the body's soft tissues — the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues — to reduce chronic pain and anxiety, improve your range of motion, boost your immune system, and help you feel your best.
Members and non-members are welcome. Non-members must bring a photo ID to each in-person visit.
You'll be prompted to sign in to your Y account. Not a Y member? Click "create an account" at the bottom of the login screen to set up your free account.

What to Expect
Massage sessions take place in a private room with a licensed practitioner. The practitioner will step out so you may undress to your comfort level and lie on the massage table under a drape.
Your practitioner may use a variety of massage techniques during your session. Oil or lotion may be used for smooth strokes, and pressure can be adjusted.
After the massage, your practitioner will leave the room to give you time to get dressed and collect any personal items. Take your time, and remember to rehydrate!
