Summer 2022 Lottery
Summer registration is handled through a Lottery process, giving all families an equal opportunity to register for a week of family camp. The deadline for entry into the Lottery is December 1, 2021, and our online registration process will be held online in mid December.
Similar to last year, the lottery will be happening online. Families will be sent an email in early December to inform them of the “registration wave” in which they have been randomly placed. The lottery will be held in mid-December. All families will register online when their wave begins using their specific registration link. Please note that families can register anytime during the weekend until open registration begins on December 21st. Please use this link to direct you to the correct registration page.

How to Check Availability
During the lottery process, we will be posting updated availability charts frequently to both Family Camp Facebook Pages.
Signing up with other families
You may sign up to attend camp with up to two other families (either in shared or separate sites). Please have all families interested in attending camp complete the online registration for the Lottery. The email address connected to each registration will receive the link to register. The family (and associated email address) that receives the earliest wave will have the opportunity to register for up to three cabins/sites. Once cabins/sites have been registered for, please disregard future wave assignment emails. Shared payment options should be arranged by the families. Deposits of 10% for each site will be due upon registration.
Once registration is complete, it is vital for the primary contact to share all messages from YMCA Family Camps with other families they have signed up with regarding summer preparation, including meal service, cabin/site roster, etc.
Signing Up For Both Family Camps
During the lottery, you may sign up for a family camp session at either camp location. If you would like more than one session at each location, we ask that you wait until the open registration date to add additional sessions. We want to provide opportunity for as many families as possible to attend family camp.
All spaces not reserved in the Lottery are available in our online registration system on a first-come, first-served basis on December 21, 2021. There is no deadline—you may register as long as sessions are open and available.
Deposits and Payments
All Lottery and Open Registration reservations require a 10% deposit payment at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be billed in four monthly installments on February 15, March 15, April 15 and May 15.
We believe everyone should experience camp, regardless of family income. Thanks to the generous support of donors in our annual Y Annual Fund, we are able to offer scholarships to campers who need a little extra help. Click here for more information. If you are booking sites for other families under your name, your financial assistance award will apply only to the most expensive site. If for any unanticipated and uncontrollable reason camp should need to cancel sessions, such as by directive from the CDC or other officials, OR If you would prefer to cancel your registration at this time for any reason, you would have the following options:
- Carry your registration and fees paid to date forward to future reservations.
- Donate your fees to Camp.
- Refund of fees to your original payment method.
