Enough.
Helping young people move beyond exploitation to safety and self-sufficiency
Sexual exploitation and trafficking affect thousands of young people across Minnesota—and the impact lasts long after the crisis ends. At the Y, we believe every young person should have the chance to feel safe, supported, and seen.
The Enough. program helps youth 28 and under in the Twin Cities area who are at risk of—or already experiencing—sexual violence, exploitation, or trafficking. Enough. empowers young people to heal, build stability, and reclaim their sense of self.
“Minneapolis is one of the top locations in the U.S. for child sex trafficking…About 40% of trafficking cases involve minors, and over 50% of exploited adults were first trafficked as children.”
In 2024, Enough. served 153 youth through crisis response, case management, and group programming.
These outcomes reflect what’s possible when young people are met with compassion, consistency, and community. Together with our community partners, we’re helping young people move from surviving to thriving. Because every young person deserves to say:
“I am Enough, and I’ve had Enough.”
Enough. is a supportive services program working in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Health Safe Harbor and other Federal Agencies
