Senior Sendoff at Youth in Government 

On January 10, 2026, we welcomed a new group into the Center For Youth Voice Alumni and Friends Network.

On Saturday night of the Youth in Government conference, we took a short pause from programming and evening activities to have the Senior Sendoff, marking the transition from students to alumni. While students gathered and snacked on refreshments, a slideshow of photos showcased "favorite photos from YIG".

Alumni Brady Sternberg and Ann Lawless both spoke about their experiences with CYV as alumni.

Participating in Youth in Government as a student is wonderful, but it doesn't end when you graduate! Our network of alumni includes 80 years worth of incredible people with impressive educational and professional backgrounds. There are also ample opportunities to volunteer and remain an active participant in programming.
