Please arrive in comfortable, loose clothing, ready to participate in gentle movement.

A typical session will involve:

  • Consultation — You'll discuss your goals and any areas of concern with your practitioner.
  • Warm Up — Gentle stretches or movements may be used to prepare your body for the session.
  • Thai Yoga Bodywork — The practitioner will guide you through assisted yoga postures, incorporating acupressure and rhythmic compressions. Communication is vital throughout the session, so feel free to speak up if anything feels uncomfortable.
  • Cool Down — The session usually ends with gentle stretches and relaxation.

There is no need to worry about perfecting the poses; simply surrender to the flow and enjoy the journey.

Sessions typically range from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences.

Loose-fitting, comfortable clothing like yoga pants, sweatpants, and a t-shirt are ideal. You'll likely move around during the session, so avoid restrictive clothing.

While generally safe, it's always best to consult your doctor before a session if you have any concerns, especially if you are pregnant, have any injuries, or have certain medical conditions.

The frequency can vary depending on your individual goals. Some people benefit from regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions, while others prefer occasional sessions as needed. Discuss your goals with your practitioner to determine the best schedule for you.
