Enough. is a NEW supportive service program with the YMCA of the North, in partnership with Safe Harbor Minnesota.

Enough. works with any young person age 24 and under (regardless of gender identity, system involvement, or demographic location). The program is designed to offer 1-1 community based supportive services to young people who have or are experiencing sexual exploitation/human trafficking, or whom are at high risk. Referrals to Enough. can be made by anyone, including self-referrals. To make a referral, please reach out to YMCA Life Coach, Sophia Maceda via phone (612-492-1713) or email Sophia.maceda@ymcanorth.org. Services will be made available on a first come first serve basis and may remain in place until the young person ages out or self-identifies a discontinuation of services. Please note spaces are limited so a waiting list will be available upon request.

In addition to 1-1 support by Life Coach, Sophia, Enough. will run prevention groups for youth using the Love146 Not A #Number curriculum. To make referral(s), please email Jennifer.Miller@ymcanorth.org.
