When the weather heats up, simple, cool snacks are the way to go. Frozen Yogurt Bark is colorful, refreshing, and incredibly easy to make. With creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, and crunchy toppings, it’s a fun treat that feels a little indulgent while still being packed with protein and nutrients. Perfect for a midday snack, post-workout bite, or healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (such as pecans or almonds)
  • Optional: shredded coconut or mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the yogurt base

In a bowl, stir the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using.

2. Spread the yogurt

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt evenly into a rectangle about 1/4–1/2 inch thick.

3. Add toppings

Sprinkle blueberries, raspberries, granola, and chopped nuts evenly across the yogurt.

4. Freeze

Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2–3 hours or until the yogurt is completely frozen.

5. Break and serve

Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break or cut into pieces. Serve immediately or store in a freezer-safe container.

Tips

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • Press toppings lightly into the yogurt so they stay in place when frozen.
  • Store pieces in the freezer for a quick grab-and-go snack anytime.

Frozen Yogurt Bark is a refreshing and nutritious way to cool down during the summer months—simple to make, easy to customize, and perfect for sharing.
