Sports Training

The YMCA’s sports continuum works to reduce barriers so all kids can participate and have a place on the team. 

YMCA Sports Continuum

Small-group and one-on-one training sessions help young athletes grow by developing fundamental sports skills. Kids connect with an expert trainer, who creates customized training to match your child’s abilities and goals. Currently available for basketball.

Swim Team

This competitive program offers children and teens an opportunity to work with trained coaches to improve swimming skills, endurance and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Adventure Racing

CycleHealth, powered by the YMCA, offers year-round fitness challenges, motivation programs, and adventure races for ALL ages outside of the four walls of the Y.

Sports leagues for adults

Grownups can have fun, too! Be active and meet new people playing team, doubles and individual sports.
