Healthy Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 whole wheat slider buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Red onion slices
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat.
  2. Combine ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into 8 small slider patties.
  4. Cook patties for 5 to 6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  5. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and honey to make the sauce.
  6. Assemble sliders with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and sauce.
