These Protein Smoothie Pops combine fruit, Greek yogurt, and protein powder for a frozen treat packed with nutrients and energy. Protein Smoothie Pops

Serves: 6 pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add blueberries, banana, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and milk to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add honey if desired.
  4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Run molds under warm water for a few seconds before serving.
