Ellen teaches at the Ridgedale, New Hope, and Dayton Gaviidae YMCAs. Her yoga practice began in 1993 and she's been teaching for the Y since 2010. She is an Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500, YACEP®) and certified in Pilates Reformer, Mat Pilates, Group Cycling, Barre, and Muscle Stretch and Release, as a group fitness instructor. Her son grew up participating in the YMCA programs, and after a decade within the Y community, she was asked to teach for the YMCA–to share her passion for yoga, fitness, and love of health and wellbeing with the YMCA community.
Sarah Dickhausen
Sarah is a high-energy, passionate instructor who will get you moving and connected with your body. Sarah has a strong background in education and is able to teach all levels, from beginner to advanced, with clear instructions and fantastic guidance. Kimberly Cooper
A Fitness Rebel, Kim Cooper is a POUND fanatic. If you're looking for a fun way to burn off some calories, Kim has you covered. Grab your drumsticks and get ready to MOVE YOUR BODY. Kim teaches Studio Strength for Virtual Y, and can be caught building Spotify playlists for her classes in her free time. If you want someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes strength workouts, meet your new friend Kim.
Maureen Peterson
Maureen has worked as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, Running Coach, and now as a ForeverWell Coordinator and Virtual Y Instructor! She teaches HIIT and ForeverWell Combo for Virtual Y.
Pat Graf
Enjoy life and make a move with group exercise instructor, Pat Graf! Join her for Tai Chi - Moving for Better Balance and ForeverWell Combo or in person at The Y in Hudson for those plus other activities such as Silver Sneakers Classic, Yoga, Circuit and Nordic Walking. She is a NETA certified Personal Trainer and loves music and dancing. She has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota with a minor in dance. Her continuing education includes dance at a variety of area schools, certifications from Mossa in Group Core and Group Active, Zumba, Mat Pilates and Barre Connect. She also has special training for classes with senior citizens.
