Scheduling
Families can customize both the number of weekly sessions and the specific days their child attends School Age Care. Parents/guardians select a permanent weekly schedule at registration; schedules may not be chosen week-to-week.
Families can choose from 10 total sessions (5 Before School, 5 After School), allowing for flexibility in the contract.
A minimum number of weekly sessions is required to support staffing and program consistency:
- Before & After Care schools: Minimum of 5 sessions per week required
- After-only programs: Minimum of 3 sessions per week required
Families who need fewer than the required number of sessions may still choose the specific days they want, but billing will reflect the minimum weekly rate.
Billing and Payment
- School Age Care is billed based on your contracted schedule for the full school year
- A one-time, non-refundable $50 Administrative Fee is due at registration
- Tuition is billed weekly, two weeks in advance of care
- Weekly payments are due prior to your child attending that week of programming
Important: How to Register Correctly
Please read before completing your registration to avoid billing issues or duplicate registrations.
Step 1: Choose ONE rate per week
For each week, select only ONE rate (example: 3-Session, 4-Session, or 5-Session).
Do not select more than one rate in the same week. This will cause incorrect charges.
Step 2: Select the matching number of sessions
After choosing a rate, select only the number of sessions included in that rate.
Examples:
- Choose the 3-Session rate => select 3 Sessions
- Choose the 5-Sesion rate => select 5 Sessions
Do not select sessions across multiple rates in the same week. This will result in duplicate registrations and billing errors.
Step 3: Need to change sessions later?
All change and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Customer Service. Please do not submit a second registration or try to change days yourself online, as this can result in duplicate registrations or inaccurate billing.
Change and cancellation requests are due Monday 2 weeks before the program week starts. Any fees already paid at the time of cancellation are non-refundable and non-transferable.
