More than 75 years after Minnesota YMCA Youth in Government was created, our world is a different place. Yet the need for helping young people develop the knowledge, skills, and motivation to be civically engaged is as compelling today as it was when the program began.
This March, thanks to several passionate YIG donors, we are excited to announce that the Center for Youth Voice will be matching all new and increased donations up to $20,000, with a goal of raising $40,000 to pay for conference scholarships and meal support for every participant who qualifies.
