New to Reformer – Foundation Classes
Before starting into monthly reformer subscription, new participants to Pilates reformer group and performance reformer must register for a 4-week foundation class to learn the ropes around reformer classes and equipment. After your foundation classes are completed, your trainer will work with you to get you registered into a subscription class group.

Pilates group and performance reformer are now set up as monthly subscriptions.
Reformer Subscription is an ongoing payment plan for 1, 2 or 3 classes per week, paid for via monthly EFT. Your subscription begins on the 1st of the month following your registration. A Wellbeing Director will be in contact with you to reserve your spot in class.

Pilates Group Reformer
Total body workout on the reformer machine. Low impact exercises achieving strength and flexibility simultaneously.
Performance Reformer
Class will perform reformer exercises at a fluid pace, using healthy combinations of total body movements. Advanced movements and use of other equipment such as TRX or Kettlebells may be included.
