Try a specialty class with Small Group Training 

  • Work out with three to eight other participants and a Personal Trainer
  • You and your small group will participate in a specialty class
  • Classes run on a seven-week schedule—choose from 30-, 45- or 60-minute options
  • Or, choose Flex Training and classes can start and end when you’d like
