The Weight Loss Kickstart package is designed to set you in motion from the very start. As you co-create your personalized action plan, you’ll not only explore, discover, and learn but also begin implementing strategies and related action steps to propel you toward achieving your goals with confidence. 

Your Kickstart Package includes:

  • Partnership with a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Dietitian, and Board-Certified Health Coach to support your personal goals
  • Four (4) 60-minute in-depth sessions to ignite your weight loss journey
  • Pre- and post- InBody body composition analysis (muscle, fat, water)
  • Pre- and post- self-care assessment 
  • A personalized action plan to help you achieve and sustain success beyond the kickstart

What to Expect

Your Weight Loss Kickstart experience unfolds over four sessions, typically scheduled in the following order.

  • Session 1: Begin with your Health Coach to complete a whole-person self-care assessment; co-create your wellbeing vision; identify priority goals, key motivators and strengths; define initial action steps to support goal achievement.
  • Session 2: Meet with your Registered Dietitian to discuss your history with nutrition and movement, relationship with food, and develop strategies to better nourish your body.
  • Session 3: Engage with your Personal Trainer to complete body composition and movement assessments and learn what types of movement work best for you.
  • Session 4: Conclude with your Health Coach to explore progress with initial action steps, refine your wellbeing vision and priority goals, and finalize your personalized action plan—including outlining next steps—to ensure you’re equipped for long-term success.
