Weight Management Program for Kids

Reclaim your family’s health with the Healthy Weight and Your Child program for kids ages 7-13, who carry excess weight. Adults and kids work together through education and physical activity to adopt healthier habits.

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center includes an indoor walking/jogging track, exercise machines and equipment, stretching areas and free weights. You can achieve a complete workout blending flexibility, strength and endurance. From questions on using the exercise or weight machines to executing squats and lunges with correct form—the Fitness Center staff is ready to help. And it’s free with membership!

Fitness program for cancer survivors

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a program designed to help cancer survivors ease back into fitness. Get individual attention that matches your ability through sessions to build strength, increase flexibility and endurance, plus boost confidence.

Session dates include:

  • February 4 – April 23, Tuesday 1:30-2:45pm
  • March 2 – May 20, Monday and Wednesday 5:30-7pm

Diabetes Prevention Program

The Diabetes Prevention Program is for people who have prediabetes or are at risk for Type 2 diabetes. With support from your group, focus on nutrition, physical activity and behavior modification.
