The Rochester YMCA, a leading nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, invites the community to participate in an open house and giveaway on Saturday, April 23 at 8 a.m.-Noon.
During the open house, the community will have the opportunity to meet the new YMCA executive Kristina Leemer who will lead the Rochester Y’s efforts to create new programs and services with partners to meet the needs of youth, adults, families and seniors in the area.
In addition, there will be a giveaway of the furniture and supplies that were used in the former Y facility. Items available for the public to take during open house hours include office furniture and supplies, toys, sports and fitness equipment and more.
