Scheduling
Families can customize both the number of weekly sessions and the specific days their child attends School Age Care. Parents/guardians select a permanent weekly schedule at registration; schedules may not be chosen week-to-week.
Families can choose from 10 total sessions (5 Before School, 5 After School), allowing for flexibility in the contract.
A minimum number of weekly sessions is required to support staffing and program consistency:
- Before & After Care schools: Minimum of 5 sessions per week required
- After-only programs: Minimum of 3 sessions per week required
Families who need fewer than the required number of sessions may still choose the specific days they want, but billing will reflect the minimum weekly rate.
Billing and Payment
- School Age Care is billed based on your contracted schedule for the full school year
- A one-time, non-refundable $50 Administrative Fee is due at registration
- Tuition is billed weekly, two weeks in advance of care
- Weekly payments are due prior to your child attending that week of programming

Please read before completing your registration to avoid billing issues or duplicate registrations.
Step 1: Choose the program for your Before & After Care location
Please do not select more than one program location, as this will result in incorrect and duplicate charges.
Step 2: Select the number of Before & After Care sessions you need
After choosing a program, select the sessions you need care for each day before and after school.
- If your location offers only after-school care, choose a minimum of 3 sessions
- If your location offers both before and after school care, choose a minimum of 5 sessions (you can mix and match before and after school sessions)
Step 3: Need to change sessions later?
We understand that plans change, and we're here to help.
If you need to make a schedule change or cancel care, please submit your request in writing to our Customer Service team by 11:59 p.m. CT on the Monday two weeks before the change would begin.
To avoid any duplicate registrations or billing issues, we ask that you do not submit a new registration or make changes directly online--our team will take care of everything for you.
For schedule changes:
- A $25 change fee per child, per request will apply when reducing or changing days
- There is no fee for adding days or canceling all care
- All additions or changes are based on availability
