Cancellations and Changes

If your plans change, please contact Customer Service right away.

Refunds
  • Registration deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations due to medical or family emergencies may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet enrollment requirements. Deposits and payments will be refunded for those circumstances.
Seasonal Adventures
  • For cancellations made more than one month before the reservation start date, $50 of the fee is non-refundable. 
  • Cancellations made within one month of your reservation date are non-refundable.
Day Camps

Change Requests

Changes must be received in writing no later than Monday, one full week before the start of the session. A $10 Change fee is assessed for all changes made to the original registration, including transportation.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing by Monday, one full week before the start of the session. A $50 deposit per session paid at registration is non-refundable; the remaining session fees will be refunded.

Session fees for cancellations received after the deadline are non-refundable.

Camp change requests received one week before the session start date will be made and assessed a $25 change fee.
  

  • Transportation change requests received one month or earlier before the session start date will be made with no additional change fee. Must be received in writing. 
  • Transportation change requests received one week before the session start date will be made and assessed one $10 change fee. Must be received in writing.
Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be received in writing by May 15th. Deposits paid during registration are non-refundable. Additional session fees paid will be refunded.
