Cancellations and Changes
If your plans change, please contact Customer Service right away.
Refunds
- Registration deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations due to medical or family emergencies may be eligible for a partial refund.
- The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet enrollment requirements. Deposits and payments will be refunded for those circumstances.
Seasonal Adventures
- For cancellations made more than one month before the reservation start date, $50 of the fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within one month of your reservation date are non-refundable.
Change Requests
Changes must be received in writing no later than Monday, one full week before the start of the session. A $10 Change fee is assessed for all changes made to the original registration, including transportation.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing by Monday, one full week before the start of the session. A $50 deposit per session paid at registration is non-refundable; the remaining session fees will be refunded.
Session fees for cancellations received after the deadline are non-refundable.
Change Requests
Camp change requests received one month before the session start date will be made and assessed a $25 change fee.
- Transportation change requests received one month or earlier before the session start date will be made with no additional change fee. Must be received in writing.
- Transportation change requests received one week before the session start date will be made and assessed one $10 change fee. Must be received in writing.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by May 15th. Deposits paid during registration are non-refundable. Additional session fees paid will be refunded.
Change Requests
Changes to cabins must be received in writing one month before the session start date. A $25 change fee will be assessed.

PROGRAM RESERVATIONS
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Any cancelation or change requests must be sent in writing via an email to customer service.
- Final payment on all summer lodging reservations is due May 15, 2024.
- There are no refunds on lodging reservations after May 15, 2024.*
FOOD SERVICE
- Full payment is due at the time of registration for food service.
- Due to staffing and food ordering needs, the cutoff for food service registration is seven days before the first day of the program.
- There are no refunds on food service cancelations within seven days of the first day of the program.
* If you need to cancel due to a family emergency or medical issues, please email customer service, and they will work with Camp leadership to decide if a refund/partial refund is appropriate.
