Cancellations and Changes

Cancelation Options

If you cancel your reservation, you would have the following options:

  • Carry your deposit and fees paid to date forward to future reservations.
  • Donate your deposit and fees to Camp.
  • Refund of fees to your original payment method.*
Registration Changes

Camp change requests received one week or earlier prior to the session start date will be made and assessed a $25 change fee with the exception of buddy changes. Requests must be made at least one week prior to the session start date. 

  • Most registration deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations due to medical or family emergencies may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet enrollment requirements. Deposits and payments will be refunded for those circumstances.
Summer Camp
  • Change and cancellation requests will be made based on availability.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing (online or by mail) by Monday of the week before your scheduled camp session.
  • If no notice is received, you will be billed for the original enrollment choices.
  • Cancelations made within one week of your reservation date are non-refundable.
Seasonal Adventures
  • For cancelations made more than one month before the reservation start date, $50 of the fee is non-refundable. 
  • Cancelations made within one month of your reservation date are non-refundable.
