Purchase Subscription Sessions

Never worry about running out of sessions by enrolling in our Personal Training subscription program. Choose from 4, 8 or 12 sessions per month to best fit your weekly training schedule. These sessions are intended to use monthly and give you the best rate per session, however they do expire after 45 days of the billing date, which can be determined by the client for either the 1st or 15th of the month ongoing. You may edit or cancel your subscription by stopping at the front desk at your local YMCA prior to your billing date.

Personal Training Packages

Available for purchase in 6, 12 or 20 session packages for members and non-members. These sessions are available to use anytime within a 12-month period from purchase date.

Fitness Assessment

All Y members can enjoy a free one on one 60-minute session with a certified personal trainer who will conduct an assessment identifying areas of strength and weakness. This results in a custom path to help you achieve your wellbeing goals. The assessment also includes a full tour of the Fitness Center and popular equipment and an overview of all Y Wellbeing Modalities available. Additionally, we are proud to offer an InBody Assessment at most locations to quickly and accurately find out what your basal metabolic rate is, muscle mass, body fat percentage, water weight, etc. This is included at no charge during this appointment if desired.

Virtual Training

At the Y, your health & safety is a top priority. That’s why we also offer personal training sessions delivered virtually via Zoom. Any sessions purchased can be used virtually, in person, or a combination to meet your personal training goals and schedule.
