Virtual Training

At the Y, your health & safety is a top priority. That’s why we also offer personal training sessions delivered virtually via Zoom. Any sessions purchased can be used virtually, in person, or a combination to meet your personal training goals and schedule. Fitness Assessment

All Y members can enjoy a free one on one 60-minute session with a certified personal trainer who will conduct an assessment identifying areas of strength and weakness. This results in a custom path to help you achieve your wellbeing goals. The assessment also includes a full tour of the Fitness Center and popular equipment and an overview of all Y Wellbeing Modalities available.
