Group Exercise classes

Y members can attend a variety of free fitness classes—categories include cardio, dance, strength, yoga and water exercise.


Personal Training programs

Sign up for a session with a Personal Trainer. Complete an assessment and determine how to progress toward your goals. Try a specialty fitness class. Get all this and more from our expert Personal Training Team.

Group Training programs

Work with a trainer in small groups during specialty fitness classes, including Pilates Reformer, TRX Suspension, and Bootcamp.

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center includes exercise machines, stretching areas, free weights and a weight room. You can achieve a complete workout blending flexibility, strength and endurance. Your membership also include a free fitness assessment with a certified Personal Trainer that you can request here and can be a great way to help you make the most of your time, energy, and effort in our fitness centers.

Sports leagues for adults

Be active, meet new people and have fun playing team, doubles and individual sports.


ForeverWell

Older adults can connect with the Y community with virtual and in-person programs. Whether you choose to engage online or visit us at the Y, expect to find physical fitness, education and social activities for a variety of interests and functional abilities.
